Father of the man Australia Zoo says Bob Irwin will receive a retirement package worth more than $1 million after parting ways with the Sunshine Coast tourist attraction he helped establish.
Mr Irwin says he is determined to carry on his late son Steve Irwin's conservation work on a new property near Kingaroy.
Australia Zoo has released a statement saying the package includes Bob Irwin's new home, a 630-acre property, two vehicles and a bulldozer.
The 'Crocodile Hunter's' father will also receive an on-going pension of almost $100,000 a year.
