Finally I came to the famous and commercialized Lijiang. After we checked in and had dinner, we started with a night tour. My goodness, the crowd was beyond words. There are not too many people in these photos only because in the busiest streets, I couldn't even raise my camera. You couldn't stop to snap a shot either, for the people behind you just kept pushing you. Our tour guide reminded us repeatedly the most important thing was not to get lost. A guy in my group did. His wife told the guide he was wearing a red jacket, so we all looked. Most of the Chinese people were wearing red ! Luckily after a while he saw the flag our guide was holding high up and found us.
The next morning, Lijiang was a totally different world. On the bar street, particularly, as all the doors were closed, there was no noise. Not even a soul did I see on that street.
