Don't know if you've seen these yet but I've just been sent these pictures of a United States Army Combat Scout, which looks more like a pepper pot than a helicopter.

Just glad the helicopter crew survived the wall of lead.

Clive I am amazed ! how this helicopter survived after all of this firepower,normally helicopters are very vulnerable in cases like this any out of balance and they will shake to pieces,all that I can say is that the crew were extremely lucky to survive the ordeal.It speaks well for the Kiowa helicopter and its structural integrity.
