Appreciate the nice words on my Kids in the Mist shot from last year's Fest. I'll have some photos up from the second weekend soon.

Cheers!

Thanks for visiting my third world galleries and your comments. I followed the events of Katrina from here, the damage, death and destruction was devestating for you and your country. And we saw the ineptness of you government to deal with a natural disaster. A sad event for you all. The unknown reality compared to this countty is that every day here far more people die from Malaria and HIV/AIDS than did as a result of Katrina, a one day event, it is sad though which event grabs the world attention! As you say, I am not trying to be preachy here either, just looking at reality perhaps. I did enjoy looking through your galleries and feel for the people in New Orleans whose lives have been changed forever! I will visit there later this year to see for myself.

I have just visited your Katrina galleries, they are very moving. The destruction you have captured is amazing, far better and real than any newspaper shots. The work of a photojournalist for sure!!! You have done it proud, keep the images coming. Cheers Adrian
ps And most importantly dont let people forget, there is much work to be done, still

Thanks for the comment in my gallery.
I'm finding your New Orleans photos really interesting and
it looks like you have a great dog.

Hope things get back to normal quickly for everyone there.
