I noticed this bumper sticker the other day -- and I'm already registered to vote.


PS: Crop; Add Channel Mixer (28,68,12) layer; Use the layer mask to paint out the license plate area, i.e., mask out the adjustment for that area. (Not rocket science or Renoir)
