I've gotta get a flower book? These blossoms look like azaleas, but a)the leaves clearly aren't of an azalea, b)the blossoms aren't in clusters and c)I'm not sure there are any yellow azaleas. Flowers are worse than birds! (at least to a clod like me).

p.s. -- pretty a regular with flowers -- adjust levels, saturation, and sharpen. Extract blossoms (and a leaf). Insert an underlying layer, fill it with black, and reduce the opacity to about 50%. In third version, use a color selected from the background (leaf) as fill and apply an angled gradient mask effect layer with a darken blend mode.
