This is a place holder until I figure out what I'm going to do for today's PAD.

This was taken at the Kentlands 8k. Although these folks are in a race, it's evident that they are not letting crass competitiveness get in the way of a good time. It's often (among runners, anyway) that you should train at a pace that still permits you to have a pleasant conversation with your running mates (assuming they are pleasant themselves). This is pretty much what it looks like.
