Over the years I have heard the tales from friends and acquaintances of the horror stories
they've experienced when renting out their property. Now I have my own to tell. They, the tenants,
accomplished all of this in four short months. Did more damage in four months than I did in five years.
The irony is that I paid for this mess with the rent money that they didn't pay me. Let's see, pay the rent,
paint the rooms? Hell, paint the rooms. I guess it could be labeled vandalism. I went into this thinking I
had some degree of protection (property management company) against something like this happening. Obviously I was wrong.
What's laughable is this woman had the audacity to say, after being in there three days, that the place
was barely liveable. I can only think that it wasn't dirty enough, not up
to her standards of filth. Well, she took care of that in quick order.
