echo point 2pf.jpg

PLEASE VIEW AT ORIGINAL SIZE
In my current tour of Blue Mountains scenic locations I have arrived at "Echo Point" which is the
sort of showcase location where most tourists initially arrive for a look-see. It is located at Katoomba,
affords a sweeping view of the Jamison Valley and provides a comprehensive National Parks and
Wildlife Service information Centre.

A beautiful panorama. Panos seem so appropriate for the big scale landscapes you live in!! BV

A very popular spot, I see. From this angle you can see the ancient pleneplane on the horizon.
What I like from these pictures, is that the landscape is just so different from my home land.

I get the idea why they are called Blue Mountains. What a great vantage point.

The movement from left to right is powerful. Sweeping is indeed the word here.
