22Jan12Cf.jpg

Here's a wider view of the Pool of Siloam gully area. There's even a sort of beach there. I guess
that it's made up of silt deposited by the still water before it begins to flow away from the pool,
down into the Jamison. Out of shot to the left, the track crosses the stream before ascending
toward the Gordon Falls area. Behind me and to the right, the track winds back up to the escarpment
where there is a lookout with vertical views straight DOWN into the main valley. My fear of heights
comes badly into play at that stage.

luscious warm colours and glowing spots of light which invites the viewer to join you in this place. Intrigued how you achieved the muted atmospheric bush as well as spotlights in the water, in one photo? v
