With all the recent rain, the dam below Sylvia's farmhouse has grown to the proportions of a genuine
lake. This was shot a few minutes prior to the sunset I featured a few days back. The sun's disk
still hovers above the horizon. Aside from a light sharpening action, this image is "straight out
of the camera" without colour modification of any kind. Golden water! It gets me every time.

Something jumped in the bottom left of the dam. A mini Nessie perhaps? Perhaps the golden glow is a bigger Min Min light. Nice image

Golden water indeed. The tonal layers are beautiful, excellent exposure to get the details in the bright reflection without blowing it out. V
