Congratulations, leave it to you guys to find something so picturesque & unique in one of the boroughs. You sort of even have your own yacht (ferry). The interior space is wonderful with lots of light & great views. Looks like a lot of stairs to climb, but you are both super fit.!!! Best of luck. .. Love, Brigitte
