In addition to the large common patio beneath the kitchen there is also this little 'park'(seen here in September)where it is possible to get a small gardening plot. In this shot our building is above on the right. There are washers and dryers in two laundry rooms (which use cards instead of coins, one inexpensive parking space alotted for each unit ($70 per month) and even a little lending library.
