High Summer Flowers & Visitors

It was a hot summers day at Wisley Gardens, Surrey. The flowers were bright, the air filled with the sound of bees and butterflies were feeding. This gallery comprises of images taken on such a day.Many of the photographs were taken using my old manual Elica 90mm Macro lens, a very slow lens to use but is cheaper than buying a new Micro Nikkor!!

I adored the intensity of DSC_0033.JPG It would make a fantastic print for a little person's bedroom wall.
