Brighton Gay Pride Parade

Saturday 5th August 2006 was a bright sunny day so I decided to take a couple of hours out and visit the Gay Pride Festival Parade at Brighton. I had heard from previous visitors that it was a very colourful event so I thought it would be a good opportunity to take a few snaps.The colours and sounds were fantastic but with thousands of fellow visitors it proved difficult to avoid cluttered backgrounds and arms in the way .

Excellent collections colorful photos of the LGBT Parade. That is the spirit of the world popular event. You captured the individual with their expression very well.

These are wonderful pictures. We had Decadence Festival this weekend in New Orleans but nothing as pretty as this--mostly naked people--truly decadent.

I'm always curious how the bigots always insist on looking at things that disgust them so much, so they must make a comment. I'm sure it's just a way of hiding some primordial feeling by being so revulsed it couldn't possible be part of their psyche!!!!
