Bronte Country

Howarth is world famous as home of the Bronte family and the Old Parsonage is now a museum to this talented family. The old village attracts hoards of visitors, with its cobbled, hilly street and
old shops. One of the best shops is The Old Apothecary - step inside and you are carried back in time. A short drive away is Hebden Bridge, an old mill town based around a canal which is now a mecca for narrowboat enthusiasts.
