Horsetail Fall on Fire at Sunset

For a few minutes at the end of the day, during the last two weeks of February, Horsetail Fall can turn to gold. The dramatic color comes when the sun sets at an oblique angle to the flow of water.

You never cease to amaze with these "to the minute" captures highlighting the incredible light play in Yosemite. This is a first time view for me and is a great capture.
