I daily visit dpreview and see that you are a regular. I really enjoyed your galleries here. It is always good to see the person behind the name as well as his family. Were you "the" official photographer at the wedding or just a friend with a camera? I certainly enjoyed the wedding album. A unique picture to me was the horse smile.

Hi Daryl,
I am a PhD student working with breaking waves...and I've just started to love digital photography!
I saw your pictures at last ECSC and I think they were really interesting even from a physical and engineering point of view. I am looking for some spectacular self-explaining pictures to put in my thesis and I would love if I could put one of those (who said "you never know if you don't ask"?).
