Since I had so much fun fishing and then boating with my father the day before, I decided I would do more today. Instead of doing it on my own I thought it would be a great idea to take Jessica and her friend . Well, it was definitely an experience taking two 10-year-old girls boating/fishing. They insisted they got to “drive” the boat. When they were not chanting or singing the same songs OVER & OVER at the top of their heads they were busy tossing everything in the picnic basket overboard. We had an air escort comprised of dozens of gulls for most of the trip! Then there was the soda debate and how many they were allowed to have…

This is a Ring-Billed Gull, Larus delawarensis.

By the sounds of things, it just goes to show you need not catch any fish to have a great day fishing....It's the little things in life that matter, the rest of it will fall into place....I believe you have found your spot in life so now its just the time for you to blossom as do many of the flowers you have photographed....My friend, that film on the water you speak of is not so thick you can't break thru it....If you find yourself needing help I am sure those you have helped will be more than willing to give you a hand....Live long and prosper my friend, live long and prosper!!!
