At lunch today I decided to walk over to Phipps Conservatory and see what I could find to shoot. They will be opening their Butterfly Forest exhibit in a few days but I was lucky in that there were already a number of them flying around the area they display this in. I’m not sure what type of butterfly this is yet as the Conservatory hasn’t put out the exhibit brochures yet identifying the various butterflies on exhibit.

I tried in vain to get a good shot of one flying but these things really move! I guess I’ll have to go back and try again another day.
