I had the day off today and spent three hours waitng for the car to be serviced. While waiting, I strolled into a petshop where I found this charmer. If I didn't have cats...(and an extra $2,000!)
I have a Grey and they're very hard to photograph. If this one was like mine, it was always moving and hard to get a good shot. I commend you on this shot.
LOL. I can only attribute it to having a camera with "IS" (image stabilization) and having a stance held over from my days on the high school rifle team. ;-) Oh, I also use the hand strap and not a neck strap. I find it locks the camera to me better.
Wow, you must be rock steady! 1/20 sec and 135mm... This shot is amazingly sharp for those conditions! The pet store by my house has gotten used to me taking shots in there.

This is an excellent job considering it's indoor w/o flash, beautiful feather and nice composition!
