| 1 August 2006 • Fundación A. Jean Brugger and Piedras y Olas Hotel & Resort hosted the first in a
series of culinary adventures from around the world. On this night, guests at La Cascada Restaurant were treated to night in Japan! Chef
Lynette "LBee" Bushy served up tasty entrees from Japan. Representatives from the Japanese embassy in Managua participated in the event and
loaned kimonos and traditional clothes for the staff to wear. Click here to see
