B-52 Hummer

San Francisco, CA

This Anna's hummingbird looks like he's ready to take off for battle.
Actually he's just stetching out during his restbit from feeding and defending his turf.

The movers arrive next week and I'm quite busy getting the home de-cluttered out after 12 years!
My postings will likely be spotty for the next few weeks until the move is complete and
I've settled down in my new job and home (and internet service) at Bryce Canyon.
Please bear with me for a little and thanks for all your nice comments!

Very nice shot. IS the white background obtained due to contrast between the "B52 :=)" and the sky?
