Köln Spring 2008

Guten morgen von Köln. This was strictly a business trip and I spent half an afternoon and a half morning in the town center. It is a city completely devastated in 1945 by the Brits and Americans. Only the Cologne Cathedral remained. How they could possibly miss was a completely an act of God.

I only brought the Ricoh GX100 with me. Weather here had been unstable.

By the way, the Germans bombed the heck out of London also. Oh and one of the few remaining buildings afterwards was St Paul's Cathedral. Anyways, nice shots - I love Cologne.
