Do you have a record telling on which night in May 2004 this photo was taken? I am trying to write a computer program to predict the date and time when the moonbows will appear, and having a precise date and time would help me check the calculations.

30 seconds at F3.5, and it was still underexposed. Problem was the mist was very thick from the falls. Everything and everyone was getting soaked!

I was there that night and witnessed this event. It was one of the most beautiful sights I had ever seen. Thank you for recording it, and it was a pleasure to have met you. As for the image, it's the best I've seen of the phenomenon- it actually appears to be taken by moonlight rather than just looking like a daylight photo.
