Made a quick trip to Monument Valley last week. Came up from the south, through Kayenta and went as far as the Navajo Tribal Park so did not really go through the Valley itself. Conditions are challenging but this is a good time of year to visit. No crowds and the light is low in the sky making long shadows and difficult photographic conditions. It was late afternoon so the light changed a lot. Here are some images for you to view.
