Upper and Lower Mesa Falls can be found on a scenic byway off US 20 in Eastern Idaho south of Island Park on the Henry's Fork River. The Upper Falls are over 100 feet tall. The site is managed by the Forest Service and is a fee area, 3 bucks, wow. Well worth a trip if you happen to be in the area. The side road is marked but not very well so watch or use a map as a last resort.
