We just saw about 6-8 of these in our tree. They are still a bit fluffy because it's cold. We are in Broken Arrow, OK. Took a few pictures so we could look them up on the web.

Not sure if this is what i saw in my backyard, It had been raining that day, but it was only cloudy when i spotted a bird that had a yellow tail. I clicked on this image because of where the bird is perched which is similar to what we have in our backyard...and i'm on the south tip of Texas and Spring is just beginning. The bird i'm looking for has a frog sound or cricket sound...

I got a good picture of one today. there are many of these and robins in our tree after it rained last night.

i rescued one from my front yard, i believe he was intoxicated . i named him chilly willy. he would eat out of my hand, but all good things are wild and free so i released him.
