The Black-collared Hawk is a bird that I look forward to seeing whenever I visit the Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge in Costa Rica and on our trip earlier this month we were very fortunate to see this adult and immature bird waiting for the rain to stop shortly after starting our morning boat ride. Neither of them look too thrilled to be getting a shower!
