This male Snail Kite was showing off his impressive beak during our visit to the Pantanal. We see them during our trips to Florida but in my experience the Florida birds are nowhere near as abundant or confiding as the ones down in Brazil. This one just posed for us as long as we liked without showing any sign of concern.
