My son and I came upon a metal fabricating plant while traveling in Dunedin, Fl recently. According to Joe, a fabricator working there, the plant used to be an orange juice concentrate plant years ago. It has fallen into disrepair and is currently for sale. Joe was nice enough to let us scrounge around and take pictures.
