This was a technical challenge I couldn't pass up. The suspended Elasmosaurus model extends from below the ceiling on the main floor, and then travels up through the stairwell towards the second level. The lighting varies by 4 or 5 stops. I stood on the stairs so I could still just see the head and neck and then took several stitches/pans, and then later stitched those together. My limited patience was tested in making the skeletal selection against non-contrasting parts of the backgrounds. The result, though, is fairly satisfying - and I think would look good even as a sizeable poster (lots of detail).
