For this competition, CAPA was seeking images that symbolize
our unique Canadian identity and the beauties of our country.
Images were to exemplify the distinctive beauty of one or more
Canadian Provinces from the photographers own perspective, as
either a resident or a visitor.
Images could include aircraft, animal (feral or wild life),
architecture, landscape, objects, people, plants, sea mammals,
trains, vehicles, vessels, etc…
All images in this gallery were submitted to the CVCC for
pre-judging. The top six images were then submitted to the
sponsoring organization for their consideration.
The first six images in this gallery are those chosen for
submission to the competition. Posted points were assigned by
the sponsoring organization’s judges.
The remaining images in the gallery are those that were submitted
for the preliminary judging, but not selected for the final round.
