Sailboat

Rules of third:
At times, I tend to place the subject ' sailboat', right in the middle for focus and framing.

It's actually a lack of contrast, which is most prominent in the trees. A simple curve adjustment would do the trick. I'd click on the trees to put a point on the graph, then pull that point down a few ticks. No trick question here, just an observation, Rod! LOL! ~ Lonnit

Sue Anne you had best say the haze was intentional. It's a Lonnit trick question & you will be put into pending for not breaking the no haze rule on purpose:-)

Haze ..... it was just shot this way unintentional, though I do use a UV filter at all times.

Qualified. I don't necessarily agree with you that this makes the most pleasing composition in breaking the rule this way. BTW, you've got some haze here. Do you have a justification, or was it unintentional? ~ Lonnit

At least you didn't have the sailboat sailing off the left edge like some of my shots. John
