I will remove it if Jano thinks it is off topic. I thought it was centered for two reasons. The city is in the center of the picture. Also cities are the center of activity.

I suppose it depends on wot road you take Jano:-)I followed the white lights & then took the left turn missing downtown altogether. Shame really as we need a night shot in pending:-)
I'll go for it being center weighted as my eye is drawn between the tall buildings towards the center of the image. I can't really say it is off topic in that regard. Great photo lee. jano
