Andersonville *

American Civil War POW camp where in 14 months 45,000 Union soldiers were held. Approximately 13,000 are still there including a cousin of my Great Grandfather. It is now a national cemetary.

Hi Pops (got your name right heheh)... Nice perspective here. Did you expose for the sky on this shot? Just wondering if that would have helped at all with the details of the grave stones. I don't find them too overly blown for the most part. Powerful image - makes you sad. jano

Thanks, Techo. Since the camera was new and I had accidently left it in incandescent white balance there is a lot of color correction going on. Yea, a graphic effect, that's what I'm going for, a graphic effect, yea, I like that. LOL!

Great perspective! (*) The whites are a bit blown but if you're going for a graphic effect it works.
