instead of opening up shadows, i increased golden-grass foreground and decreased the bright sky. sharpening made the grass look "odd" so didnt do it. hope it works better now. -Abstract

Nice colors in the photograph. Reminds me of my pheasant hunting days as a young adult… those were some cold mornings! Since then I’ve enjoyed hunting more with a 70-200 f2.8 rather than a 12 gauge.
