Rod, I was prepared to buy some of your Stonehenges, but as far as I know they're sold out. And I feel such a magnificent piece of art like this photograph should be owned by whole mankind, not a single person. Tomas

Tomas you have just described the way the missus & me viewed this shot, with the lighter coloured sort of sandy ash at bottom right leading the eye into the light in the middle to top of shot. Seeing as you like this shot so much Tomas do you want to buy it?:-)

I like the space (three dimensionality if you like) captured in this photo. One can probably improve the shot as the others mentioned but I like the diagonal of light (or light surface) and by any cropping that will be lost :). Tomas

This is nice. Like natural selective coloring, the green jumps out right at you. Since the photo has a * in the comments ;-) The brown reads/grass in front on the right side of the photo seem a bit out of place with all the black and green you where trying to focus on. I do like the left side of the photo with the blackish ground against the green grass.

I keep forgetting the *. I didn't have a very successful morning shoot. I will have a play & see if I can make a silk purse out of a cow’s ear. Thanks Nutcase:-)

I like this shot Uncle Rod. I know there is no (*) but, the upper right corner of this photo caught my eye. If you divide the photo into quarters, the upper right section with the large black burnt tree and the new green grass looks very interesting. With less colors and focusing on the colors with the most contrast, black and green, seem to give it more impact. Just a thought.
