Gday amm, I have the opposite view again :-) This Andrew has some heavy duty ideas & when they work they really work. The use of the CD takes the eye straight to the left of the shot to the cutting blades. Otherwise your eyes would be free to just roam around. I think this subtle idea could be one of Andrews’s best yet.

Thanks atothev. I'm not sure why you needed the out-of-focus part. I would imagine it will be even better without it. Just a thought.

thanks aam1234. the line across the razor is the inside of a cd close to the camera to make it out of focus. the "donut hole" of the cd is the focused side on the left.
