Moon - Up Close and Personal *

I couldn't miss the chance to capture this full moon. Luckily the moon was also very bright as my
tripod has gone missing during our house move.

I like it more now too, such detail!

That's better Karl, now it looks only 100,000 miles away:-)

Reconsidered and cropped in a little closer, I agree it looks better.

I guess it depends on your definition of a close up. I certainly agree I wasn't that close to the moon ;-)
Guest 01-Nov-2004 12:44
I cropped it in closer but you loose the sense of the isolation of the moon so thought it looked better with some of the blackness of space left around it.

How about making it a tighter fit in the frame? For close-up effect.

You did a good job for hand holding it turned out really well. I don't think you could call any shot of the moon from earth a close up mate:-)
