I've never done the water splash shot before, so I thought I'd add my own twist by using a pair of light bulbs. Some food coloring added to my son's baby bath, coupled with a polarizer on my G3 provided a deep rich blue to work with. One off camera flash-head was used at a shutter speed of 1/1250 - about as fast as I can make the G3 sync up. My usual post process tweaks to richen the colours, a touch of sharpening and here it is.
