Ty for the feedback Jano & Doug - Debi

The tilt isn't working for me here Debi. The artsy post processing is though. -Doug

You got this S curve going which really makes the composition rock. Perhaps a slight crop off the top? Wondering what others think. jano

Thanks, there is too much rain right now to take good pics and I am kind of stuck. May be I should hav just chosen WET part II as a topic -Debi

I like the slightly desaturated look here. Really fits the mood of the shot. Makes it look hot and humid, working with that leading line created by the curved road, makes it appear more deserted than it might actually be.
I wonder how it'll look if you also added the vignette to the top right corner?

Debi this is quite atmospheric and effective but is diluted by too many distractions - based on the title we need more street and less of the other things especially sky. And I see some steam-like effect in the bg that needs emphasis. Pls see a suggested crop in Pending. -tv

Rod
A Flickr tilt wiv spice. I like the composition of the road but the tilted lamp posts spoil it for me. I think this would have worked better without the tilt with the low perspective. Nicely done Debi.
