WB altered :) I was concerned with the white highlights washing out a bit of detail... but it does seem more colorful this way :)

Agree with Doug, WB needs to be adjusted.

A perfect sea of color for challenge. A WB adjustment would make it better. -COAmature

I'm normally not keen on OOF foregrounds but this seems to work really well. A sea of colour & works great for this challenge. Well done Tony.

I'm a newish transplant from NH... a resident tourist really. Just working here a while ;)... And yes, I could only get this done because I was buying some fresh Veg's for the nights meal, and snuck a few shots in while my money was being taken. But it was a sunny day, and I loved the lighting inside, so I just had to be the rude "tourist".

I did play with the colors a LITTLE in photoshop, but hopefully not too much.

Having been there myself, I can attest to the size (and colorfulness) of this fruit!
Quite amazing - good job with the capture. Penny Street

Fond memories of those Rainier Cherries:-) Well executed shot - and I too am surprised you managed this given the usual elbow-to-elbow crowds! Interesting WB - warm tones works well with these fruits. - angioman

Nicely done Tony. I like the way the focus falls on the famous Rainier cherries as they are quite colorful. I'm about a three minute walk from this spot as I write this. I have been thinking about going to the Pike Place Market for this challenge, but have stayed away because of the summer crowds and I'm amazed you pulled off this humanity free shot on a Sunday. Are you from the area or were you just visiting?
