We flew from Delhi to Simla (elevation: ~ 2200 m) on June 6th in large measure to escape the oppressive plains heat. We stayed in Mashobra, visited the Simla mall and other sites, went for long walks, and went riding in Naldehra.
After all that we drove to Kasauli, toured the town, and undertook lots of playing at the hotel. Mom worked most of the time.
Firsts for Rahil: eating corn on the cob, playing basketball, table tennis, carom, and billiards, climbing into a tree house, almost touching a cow, riding a horse, and walking a country mile.
