Rahil in Tamil Nadu

We visited Chennai, Mammallapuram, and Chennai in late January of 2008. There were several trips to the beach, inspections of a number of fish- and frog-bearing ponds, a ride on a children's train, cheek-pinching on Republic Day, a visit to Aster Auntie's mushroom-home and other places in Auroville, visits to crocodile and snake farms, and inspection of several ancient monuments in Mammallapuram.
