I had a foggy notion to shoot through the drizzle on the windshield. I always liked watercolor.

This is pretty much straight out of the camera with just a touch of exposure adjustment and crop.

Yes, it does have the quality of a watercolor. It seems the paint is soaked into the texture of the paper. I like the effect Carl. V
