I was caught in really bad traffic and was watching these kids from the car for about 15-20 minutes. The younger boy is very much alive and would close his eyes whenever there are people passing by. The mother of these kids are in a shaded area smoking a cigarette while these kids beg on the street to support her "bad habit".

A very powerful shot, the boy look's very troubled and his younger brother looks dead. Did you give the child a few peso's?
