Thank you all for looking commenting and discussing this shot. I am delighted that you all thought anything of this. Victor is on the right track with his analysis....
Actually this is a combination of 2 shots. One with wine glass in front of a closed blind lighted from behind and other with lucky bamboo in front of a wall sidelight from left.
Hope this helps...
Victor, the blind # 4/5 is messed up and do not stay straight/parallel... anymore.

Isn't this simply a shot of a champagne glass in front of some blinds behind which is a "lucky bamboo" plant (dracaena), the whole lot back-lit? Anyway, that's what it looks like to me. -- Victor

What a creative and interesting shot Cat! I can only guess as to how you shot this but the result is lovely. I like the patterns of light and shadow, and curves and straight lines. Great idea! :-) CJ

Very nice image. If you can, though, I think you should reshoot after adjusting the blinds to be parallel, between the 4th and 5th blinds from the bottom. -- Victor

What the others said. I can't imagine how this was done, but it's a superb result ~ Michael

Geometrically rigid, yet organically fluid, the interplay of light and shadow is stunning...exquisite. -Michael
