Can't pull anything over on Victor, that's exactly how I did it - don't tell my wife I broke her compact to steal it's little mirror. I was going to embed a shot of the setup but I don't think the comments likes HTML.
I ran out of willing models for this one so I used a cable release and hooked up my camera to my kids portable DVD player so I could review each image after I shot it. Getting the mirror in the right place was a real pain - now I finally found a situation in my shooting where Live Preview would have been useful.
In the end - I'm not entirely happy with the image, perspective mismatch makes the composite obvious - and it's a little cheesy I think, but I'm out of time for another entry.

Your teeth actually look pretty clean Barry. I do a lot of dental photography for my business and the need to do it well was the biggest reason (or excuse) I finally got a dSLR. I thought about incorporating teeth into an image for this topic, but never dreamed up anything this creative. Very fun and well done :-)

Interesting picture. I'm guessing by the double image of the mouth (and non-double image of the cake) that this is a composite, the mouth taken by use of a mirror. Any chance there's a shot of the setup? That may be another entry. -- Victor
