Thanks both for your comments; I haven't been commenting a lot lately as I currently don't have very much time for photography.

I've always liked this and have played around a lot with it in the past but this is the first time that I'm happy with the result.

I really like this! The pattern of the stairs added to the right and left patterns of darkness matching the dark undersides of the stairs. I really like this! ~Lydia

I love this kind of shot of peopleless architecture. This has such a ghostly feel with the intricate pattern of the fire escape contrasted against the blackness of the windows. Nicely realized. -tv
